Not many think of the South Platte as a good river to hang out in, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try. The South Platte Riverfest transforms the South Platte from a place where dreams go to die to a place where you can learn to paddle board for free and take your beer out of the paper bag you normally keep it in.
