Whenever the cherry trees blossom, our craving for sushi becomes insatiable. How convenient that the Cherry Blossom Festival just so happens to provide not only sushi, but many other types of traditional Japanese food. You may also watch lots of traditional dance, music performances and martial-arts demonstrations while deciding if you prefer hot or cold sake. Once you decide, the karaoke machine will be chanting your name.
