Future, Excision, Diplo and plenty more are coming to town in March
	Saturday, Mar 12
	Prayers
	w/ Plague Vendor
	Larimer Lounge

Cholo, Goth — if ever there were two words more contrasting than those, they’ve yet to be combined. But vocalist Leafar Seyer and Dave Parley have taken each to spearhead a new movement called SD Killwave, aka Cholo Goth — a dark combination of heavy, synth-driven backends with piercing vocals about the heartbreak of violence, alienation and ongoing oppression. Co-signed by Blink 182’s Travis Barker (who lends plenty of drum tracks and writing credit to the duo’s Young Gods album), the uninhibited crew makes its way back to Denver to educate the masses. If monotony were the question, Prayers is the answer.
	Saturday, Mar 5
	NERD Prom
w/ Andy Rok & The Real Deal, Sky Law and One Flew West
	Summit Music Hall

Not so long ago, identifying as a nerd would have been social disaster. But we’ve wisened up a bit and have all come to terms with our own inner nerdom. Unleash it at Summit Music Hall’s annual NERD Prom, featuring bands, a costume contest, photo booths and the Nerd Prom King & Queen crowning. Nerds unite!
	Saturday, Mar 12
	VibeSquaD
w/ Unlimited Aspect, Unlimited Gravity and Project Aspect
	Fox Theatre

Colorado loves bass and it couldn’t be more evident than in the artists it supports. Since VibeSquaD’s inception in 2007, he’s released 3 full-length albums, two EPs and a handful of remixes. But in a letter to his fans penned not long ago, Aaron Holstein claims this is the last year for the act. Time’s running out!
	Tuesday, Mar 15
	Future
	w/ Ty Dolla $ign
	Fillmore Auditorium

Nothing’s caught more flack among music lovers than the new auto-tune-inspired trap movement in hip-hop. Regardless of how one feels about it, there’s no denying the genre, and its commander-in-chief, Future, is finding comfort at the top of the charts. Coming in with Ty Dolla $ign, there won’t likely be a still body in the house.
	Thursday, Mar 17
	Turner Jackson
w/ Oren L & Bad Bodega, Crystal Ghost and Tripper Jones
	Bluebird Theater

Denver-based artist Turner Jackson once told us that with his newest endeavor, he just wants to live it up and enjoy what comes in the moment. What came of it is his “Red Plastic Cup” single, an infectious track every party needs. Now, the ethos of it has a full album, and he’s throwing a party to celebrate.
	Saturday, Mar 19
	Migos
w/ Mayhem B2B Antiserum and AB the Thief
	City Hall

Well shit, Migos is finally coming? After an arrest last year on gun and drug charges (and subsequent cancellation of its Denver appearance), the contended rap trio is finally back at it. With support from Mayhem, Antiserum and AB The Thief, the night promises to be wrought with high-energy bangers. Just stay out of trouble.
	Saturday, Mar 19 - Sunday, Mar 20
	Gogol Bordello
	w/ special guests
	Boulder Theater (3/19) + Ogden Theatre (3/20)

Frontman Eugene Hutz has said before that he’s completely comfortable being an outsider now that he’s grown into it. That statement couldn’t be any more fitting for the gypsy-punk outfit that defies classifications. As a boisterous act incomparable to most stage shows, Gogol Bordello is nothing if it isn’t a bizarre and completely fanciful tradition.
	Thursday, Mar 24
	Santigold
	w/ special guests
	Ogden Theatre

We’re not sure what it is about Santigold, but she’s an artist that just can’t catch the break needed to push her to the absolute top. Lyrically, she runs circles around everyone in her immediate area and lines out catchier hooks than most pop artists alive. Whatever the case may be, we’re team Santigold for life.
	Saturday, Mar 26
	Excision
	w/ Figure and Bear Grillz
	1st Bank Center

Butt-rock bands had big hair; hip-hop heads and ravers had big pants; now it’s a pissing contest to get the biggest DJ booth. In that, Excision wins. “The Paradox” is a massive setup boasting 150,000 watts of sound and more bass than anyone can shake a stick at. If you’re into shaking sticks, that is …
	Saturday, Apr 2 – Sunday, Apr 3
	Minus Zero Festival
	w/ Diplo, Kaskade and more!
	Winter Park Resort

Usually, when Coachella’s opening act drops its first note is when “festival season” begins for us, but an incoming weekend to Colorado’s event schedule is looking to change that. The Minus Zero Festival brings Diplo, Kaskade and plenty of others to the base of Winter Park Resort to kickstart the madness.
